Strategic foresight on the exam scheme and stance assessment

Summary

The tender concerns work for the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training to support the development of a safer and better functioning exam scheme in upper secondary education through strategic foresight. The contractor must help identify driving forces, work with stakeholder groups and develop future scenarios.
