IT service desk and support services
Summary
The tender concerns the operation of an on-site IT service desk and user support service for the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia. The contractor will provide installation, commissioning and support for hardware and software, receive and process requests and incident reports, and handle first- and second-level support with a target resolution rate of about 85%. The service also includes on-site work in members’ constituency offices and telework offices. The current staffing support contract ends on 28 February 2027.
