Heavy prisoner transport vehicle for Halle Prison

Summary

The tender concerns the manufacture and delivery of a heavy prisoner transport vehicle based on a standard coach chassis. The vehicle must provide 26 prisoner places in five single compartments, four shared compartments with 4 places each, and one shared compartment with 5 places, plus seats for the driver, transport leader, second driver and an emergency seat.
