Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds from the ESPD, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and other mandatory exclusion grounds. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may, where allowed, provide evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice did not include the full precise wording of all exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents.
