Lease of a compact loader

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor members of its administrative, management or supervisory body, nor its proxies or other authorised representatives, have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences linked to terrorist activities, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or human trafficking. If any such ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not include precise additional exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder must have completed at least one vehicle sale contract or a capital lease/operating lease contract within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. Contract details must be entered in the ESPD, and on request the bidder must provide confirmation from the other contracting party that the contract was performed properly. When submitting the tender, the bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents, conditional tenders are not allowed, the tender price must be submitted on the prescribed form, and the technical data for the offered compact loader, the maintenance schedule and the maintenance units must also be provided. If an equivalent solution is offered, explanations and evidence of equivalence must be included.
