Summary

The tender concerns the buyer’s ICT and network services. It covers the whole staff user environment in two main groups: office users and field users. Office users, about 50 people, mainly work on Windows workstations and use M365 office applications and sector-specific systems. Field users, about 90 people, mainly work on mobile devices with a more limited set of tools such as email, Teams and a browser, and their support needs focus on mobile use. The endpoint fleet consists of about 80 Windows workstations and about 170 mobile devices (iOS and Android). The service contract is intended to be signed during Q3. The implementation project is intended to start immediately afterwards, and the service is intended to go live during 2026. The contract is intended to be open-ended.
