Summary
The tender concerns the operation and management of the contracting authority’s IT infrastructure at Stavanger Concert Hall and Kuppelhallen. The contract is intended to ensure stable and secure IT operations, a good user experience, effective support for shared and discipline-specific systems, high uptime, flexible user support and competence in the Microsoft 365 platform. Occasional attendance during events may also be required, mainly for AV equipment operations, according to orders placed in more detail.
