Summary
The tender concerns the purchase of pedestrian, cyclist and visitor counting devices, together with related installation, maintenance and data delivery services, for the needs of the City of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division. The tender is divided into seven lots for different types of counting devices. One bidder will be selected in each lot, and the contracts will be concluded as a framework agreement. Price is the only award criterion.
