Software licence and service framework agreement

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, extension and modification of standard, freely tradable software licences. The contract covers, among other things, office software, operating systems, security software, collaboration and communication software, and cloud and SaaS solutions. The contractor is also responsible for providing maintenance, support, updates and upgrades where these are part of the software supplier’s standard licence or subscription model. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 8,000,000 excluding VAT over 4 years.
