Summary

The City of Lahti is procuring a SaaS-based Digital Participation Platform for use across the entire municipal organisation. The contract covers system delivery, continuous support and maintenance, further development, and any additional expert services needed for deployment and ongoing use. The tender is not divided into lots. The tender must be submitted in English, while official communication will be in Finnish or English. Optional services are priced separately and are not included in the comparison price.
