Summary

The tender concerns HVAC supplies for Sansia Oy’s owner-customers. It is a framework agreement for the period 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, with a one-year option until 31 August 2030. The contracting authority does not commit to fixed purchase volumes. Two suppliers will be selected on the basis of the lowest comparison price calculated from a shopping-basket method. The tenderer must submit product-group discount tables for HVAC products and keep an up-to-date price list available electronically. Prices are reviewed twice a year, and the first price review is on 1 January 2027.
