The machine-readable notice included the standard exclusion grounds from the ESPD, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, as well as the related questions on self-cleaning and electronic availability of evidence. The bidder must confirm the answers and, where applicable, provide evidence of rehabilitation or self-cleaning. The exact full list should be checked in the official tender documents and the ESPD form.

The responsible person for managing the works, i.e. the project manager, must have at least the professional qualification of construction site manager, level 5, or an equivalent or higher qualification. The bidder must enter the responsible person’s details in the ESPD and, at the contracting authority’s request, provide documents proving the qualification. If the project manager works as a subcontractor, the qualification must also be evidenced.
