Planting and maintenance services for green areas

Summary

The tender concerns integrated maintenance of the grounds and green areas at Amsterdam UMC’s two sites, AMC and VUmc in Amsterdam. The contract covers daily and planned maintenance of green areas and hard surfaces on an area of about 69 hectares, including lawns, planting, trees, pavements, parking areas, hedges, watercourses and site elements. The work must be carried out in a 24/7 healthcare environment visited by more than 15,000 people daily, so the contractor must adapt its working methods to safety, continuity and a representative appearance. Expected start date: 1 January 2027.
