Procurement of fibre-optic and cable TV services as a turnkey solution

Summary

The tender concerns a turnkey supply of fibre-optic and cable TV services for apartment buildings. The contractor must provide fixed-price internet access and cable TV service to apartments, including at least the basic channels 1–21 and channels such as Yle, MTV and Nelonen. The contractor must also offer fixed-price higher-speed internet connections and cable TV channel packages that residents may order individually. The contract covers existing row houses and apartment buildings, 27 properties in total according to Appendix 04 (property list).
