Energy efficiency advisory services – EUOA insulation approach for homes 2027-2028

Summary

The tender concerns energy efficiency advisory services aimed at supporting home insulation and improving energy performance. Gemeente Westland wants to use a multi-year approach to make as many homes as possible more sustainable and to encourage homeowners to insulate their homes. The agreed performance target is to insulate 3,268 homes by 31 December 2028.
