Advisory Services – Competitive Tendering and Mobilisation of Passenger Rail Services

Summary

The tender concerns advisory services from a single supplier to support the planning, competitive tendering, evaluation, award and mobilisation of public service contracts for subsidised passenger rail services. The service will be delivered by a team of experts covering the competence areas defined in the tender. The base contract period is 21 August 2026 to 21 August 2027, and the contract includes four separately decided options. The maximum value of the base period is EUR 150,000 excluding VAT; each option is also worth up to EUR 150,000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority does not guarantee a fixed workload or invoicing amount; work plans will be agreed separately and invoicing will be based on approved work plans.
