Building condition assessment and survey services

Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements for building condition assessments and condition surveys for buildings used by the City of Oulu and related contracting entities. The services include survey plans, condition and indoor air studies, asbestos and hazardous substance surveys, demolition plans and damage surveys. The contract is divided into three lots: condition assessments, condition surveys and concrete investigations. Price is the only award criterion.
