Periodic cleaning services

Summary

The tender concerns periodic cleaning services for Sandnes municipality’s owned and leased residences, flats and buildings. The work mainly covers cleaning when moving in and out, after renovation, and cleaning on request. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with 3 suitable tenderers in priority order, provided that there are at least three suitable tenderers and tenders. The framework agreement will run for 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 years. The estimated value is about NOK 6 million excluding VAT, and the total maximum value for the full contract period is NOK 12 million excluding VAT.
