Framework agreement for collection, transport and treatment of wood

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with one tenderer for the collection, transport and treatment of wood to cover Attvin Produksjon AS’s needs. The aim is to send as much wood as possible to a certified treatment facility for recycling, and the remaining quantities to certified incineration plants for energy recovery. Treated wood, defined as hazardous waste, is not included in the contract. If the tenderer does not perform the agreed obligations, the contracting authority may order transport and final treatment from other approved incineration plants at the tenderer’s expense.
