Managed network operations service

Summary

The tender concerns managed services for the contracting authority’s LAN and WLAN infrastructure. The contractor must take over the existing infrastructure, operate it, stabilise it and further develop it so that a reliable, transparent and permanently controllable network operation is achieved. The service must take into account the requirements of a hospital and KRITIS-related operations, and the contractor must be able to handle outages, incidents, changes and security events. Short escalation paths, robust service hours, structured documentation, clear communication channels and a qualified technical team are important. The aim is to reduce dependence on individual know-how and manually driven operating processes and to make service quality measurable.
