Maintenance services for climate control installations

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance services for climate control installations under a single framework agreement. The work includes annual preventive maintenance of heating and air-conditioning systems, fault repair, digital reporting, and where needed rerouting water pipes, replacing boilers, air-conditioning units and pumps, as well as other corrective works related to these installations. The estimated contract value is on average EUR 60,000 per year excluding VAT, and the maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT for a maximum duration of 4 years.
