Financial and HR management services and system solution

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive solution for Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy covering financial management services and systems as well as human resources management services and systems. The bidder must provide both parts: financial management services and system, and HR management services and system. The solution includes system delivery, implementation and ongoing services. The procurement is not divided into lots. The estimated total value is about EUR 1 million excluding VAT. The contract will run for three years from approved go-live and then continue for an indefinite period unless terminated under the contract terms. An optional workshop maintenance and servicing system is included; offering it is not mandatory, there are no consequences for not offering it, and it will be evaluated separately on the basis of the lowest price.
