Summary
The tender concerns framework agreements for medicines through Amgros I/S. The purpose is to supply the owners’ hospital pharmacies with medicines and, where relevant, also the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements are non-exclusive, there is no purchase obligation, and the regional hospital pharmacies are not required to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
