Summary

The tender concerns framework agreements for medicines, which Amgros intends to use to supply the interested parties’ hospital pharmacies and, where relevant, for resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements are non-exclusive and do not create a purchase obligation; the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not required to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
