Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of the large kitchen and restaurant in building R007, Het Meeuwennest, at Complex Nieuwe Haven in Den Helder. The building has been out of use since 2024 because of various technical and structural deficiencies. The works aim to restore functionality, improve safety and ensure hygiene, while including sustainability measures where possible. The kitchen layout and all technical installations will be fully replaced and reorganised according to the principles of the Large Kitchen Action Programme. Only electric cooking equipment will be used, and the installations will be adapted to current requirements. The building part of the kitchen will be completely renewed, and the entrance area, sanitary facilities and finishes will also be modernised. Approximate floor area: 4,049 m².
