The tender concerns consultancy support for the implementation of a competence centre programme. The assignment is intended to help all competence centres in the programme have good conditions for effective and successful operations and to support the programme’s development from a portfolio of individual initiatives into a more coherent, learning-oriented and system-influencing programme that contributes more strongly to the goals of the energy transition: security of supply, competitiveness and climate transition.
