Architectural, engineering and planning services for preparation of building permit documentation for the district heating project

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of the building permit documentation (DGD) for the project “District heating Velenje – phase 2”, annual regime, in accordance with Slovenian law. The contractor must also obtain the necessary opinions and other supporting documents, make amendments and coordinate the project documentation as required by the competent authorities until the permit is issued and becomes final. The documentation is based on an existing conceptual design (IDZ) and project conditions, and the contractor must coordinate with the planner of the spatial act during the DGD process.
