The tender concerns landscaping works, including shrub and tree removal, terrain modelling, topsoil placement, mowing and disposal of cuttings, restoration of vegetation areas, tree, shrub and sapling planting, seeding, wildlife fencing, deadwood habitat structures, and aftercare for 1 year plus development care for 2 years. The work is expected to be carried out on 11 separate areas, partly on wetland-like ground, and in two time-separated phases, with most work in Q4/2026 and the remaining areas likely in Q4/2027.
