Framework agreement for no-radio IP telephones and VTC equipment

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the purchase of no-radio IP telephones and VTC equipment. The equipment is intended to establish, expand and maintain secure and stable communication and video conferencing functions for the Danish Ministry of Defence organisation. The framework agreement will be awarded to 3 suppliers and lasts 4 years. The offered equipment must be compatible with the buyer’s existing IT environment, and delivery must take place within 4 weeks after an order is placed. For orders below DKK 200,000, award is made through a cascade model to the supplier with the most economically advantageous offer under the framework agreement; for orders of DKK 200,000 or more, a mini-competition is held among the framework suppliers.
