Summary

The tender concerns demolition of part of the existing Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security building of the University of Maribor, reconstruction and structural and energy renovation of the retained part, and construction of a new extension at Kotnikova ulica 8 in Ljubljana. The offer must cover all priced items. All works must be completed within 22 months from commencement, including construction, finishing, installation and furnishing works, as well as obtaining the occupancy permit.
