Building construction works

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the expansion and renovation of the UM FZV facility in two phases, specifically the first part of phase 2. The works include building, installation, supply and assembly tasks for a four-storey extension mainly intended for teaching activities and staff spaces. The basic reinforced-concrete structure is already being carried out under a separate contract, and the selected contractor must coordinate with the completed and ongoing works, start procurement and execution immediately after contract signature, and take part in the technical and quality acceptance of the already executed reinforced-concrete works.
