Consulting services for scaling up implementation and institutional capacity for energy management systems in Pakistan

Summary

The tender concerns consulting services to support the scaling up of Energy Management Systems (EnMS) in municipal organisations in Pakistan, mainly in the provinces of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The consultant is expected to provide timely, thorough and flexible advisory support, help strengthen institutional and individual capacities, support EnMS implementation on the ground, and contribute to improved energy efficiency, lower operating costs and stronger financial sustainability. The project also includes support for women’s participation in the energy sector.
