Summary

The tender concerns the procurement and implementation of a central, integrated solution for case-oriented working and VTH tasks, fully replacing the current systems. The initial contract term is 4 years, with three extension options of 2 years each, for a maximum term of 10 years. In addition, a one-year waiting-room agreement will be concluded. The implementation phase has a ceiling of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT, and the operational phase is priced at EUR 118,000 per year excluding VAT.
