Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation and management of one financial system on a SaaS basis, together with related services. The application must run externally on the contractor’s servers, not locally on the contracting authority’s systems, and must allow interfaces with other systems used by the authority. The contract covers an implementation period and a management period; the management period is planned to start on 1 January 2028. The contract term is 4 years until 31 December 2031, and the contracting authority may unilaterally extend it 4 times by 2 years each, for a maximum total duration of 12 years.
