Summary
The tender concerns the supply, implementation, management, maintenance and further development of an AI chatbot solution to replace the current chatbot. The solution must support students in an accessible, reliable and efficient way and handle sessions properly. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must also take into account an annual price cap of EUR 96,000 excluding VAT; any higher offer excludes the bidder from further participation.
