The tender concerns a single-party framework agreement for the supply, storage and distribution of sleeping bags, mattresses, beds and bed linen. Installation must be provided where relevant, and old mattresses, damaged beds, sleeping bags and bed linen must be removed. Mattress removal must be carried out in an environmentally responsible way, prioritising reuse and recycling and delivered in partnership with a recognised social enterprise. The project is subject to funding.
