The procurement concerns the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for property maintenance services. The bidder should be prepared for later internal competitions within the system for different property maintenance services in the Vantaa, Kerava, Tuusula, Järvenpää, Pornainen, Mäntsälä, Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi area.
