Property services – outdoor maintenance works

Summary

The tender concerns outdoor maintenance works for properties owned and/or managed by Mikalo Oy. The contract covers regular, seasonal and as-needed outdoor works. The procurement is divided into lots, and one supplier will be selected for each lot. A bidder may submit a bid for one or more lots, but the same bidder may be selected for no more than three lots. If a bidder bids for more than three lots, it must indicate which three lots are its priority lots in case it ranks first in more than three lots.
