Engineering services for the extension of Gustorf primary school canteen and OGS annex, Grevenbroich – specialist planning for building services (technical equipment)

Summary

The City of Grevenbroich is procuring specialist planning services for the extension of Grevenbroich-Gustorf primary school. The project covers an annex for a canteen with kitchen and ancillary rooms, the refurbishment and reorganisation of the adjacent toilet facilities, and planning for technical building services under Section 55 HOAI for service phases 1 to 9, including certain special services. The estimated cost for asset groups 1 to 3 including cost group 550 is EUR 550,000 net.
