Summary

The tender concerns updating and further developing the urban development concept for the Hafentorquartier area in the southern part of the development zone. The work includes reviewing and refining existing urban structures, working by sub-areas with different levels of detail, and carrying out deeper typological and functional analyses as well as variant studies for selected issues.
