Civil engineering works – Framework agreement for water engineering works in Den Helder

Summary

The tender concerns a single RAW framework agreement for preparing and carrying out water engineering works on the Defence water engineering area in Den Helder and on Texel. The works will be ordered through separate call-off assignments during the contract period 2027–2030. The scope mainly covers functional modifications, replacement investments, planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and standby fault-response services. The works relate in particular to quays, jetties, bank revetments and bank protection, mooring facilities, and fendering and guiding structures. The aim is to keep the area predictable, scalable and continuously operational and, where possible, up to standard.
