Cleaning machines and cleaning machine maintenance and repair services

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning machines and the maintenance and repair services for cleaning machines. It is divided into five lots: 1) vacuum cleaners and pressure rinse equipment, 2) washing machines and tumble dryers for cleaning textiles, 3) combination machines, 4) robot vacuum cleaners, and 5) maintenance and repair services for cleaning machines used in institutional cleaning. Lots 1, 2 and 4 will each have one supplier selected for the framework arrangement, while lots 3 and 5 will each have two suppliers, unless fewer acceptable suppliers are available. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, but partial bids within a lot are not allowed. The contract period is planned to run from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, with two possible one-year extension options. The quantities stated in the invitation are estimates only and purchases will be made as needed.
