The bidder must confirm the usual exclusion grounds: participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and the other conviction-based grounds listed in the ESPD. The bidder must confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas. The ESPD also states that the bidder may rely on the capacities of other entities where applicable, and that information or proof regarding payment of taxes and social security contributions must be provided or made available for verification.
