Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that there are no tax arrears and no insolvency proceedings against the company. The contracting authority checks these grounds through public registers, and a foreign bidder must provide the relevant information on request.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must prove experience from the last 36 months before publication of the tender: at least two similar robotised welding stations must have been supplied, installed and commissioned. Similar experience means supplying and commissioning a robotised welding station intended for automatic MIG/MAG welding of metal structures. The bidder must describe the client or site, the scope of work, the main technical characteristics of the delivered solution and the commissioning date. The bidder’s turnover in the financial years 2023–2025 must be at least EUR 225,000 per year. If the bidder is not an Estonian company, it must be ready to submit a signed copy of its annual accounts or equivalent documents to confirm this.
