The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies, nor persons with representation rights, have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is allowed in the procurement.

The bidder must have performed at least one similar furnishing supply contract within the last 36 months, with a value of at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT. A similar contract means the sale of furniture and furnishings together with delivery and installation. The bid must comply with the tender documents, and conditional bids are not allowed. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
