Fire suppression system maintenance services – Framework arrangement 2026-2028 (2028-2030)

Summary

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, is procuring maintenance and servicing for automatic fire suppression systems in city properties. The framework arrangement covers sprinkler systems, water mist systems, gas extinguishing systems, aerosol systems and foam extinguishing systems. The contract is divided into five lots, and a bid must be submitted for lot 1 and at least one other lot. Orders will be allocated among the selected suppliers according to the price-based ranking and the agreed percentage distribution, with a possible variation of plus or minus 5 percentage points per supplier.
