Procurement of an HR, payroll and travel management system

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of an HR, payroll and travel management system as a SaaS service. Partial tenders are not allowed, and alternative tenders are accepted only if they have been specifically requested. The tender must be submitted in Finnish. The minimum and quality requirements for the service are set out in Appendix 1 to the invitation to tender. The contract is concluded for four years and then continues indefinitely.
