Property maintenance tender

Summary

The tender concerns property maintenance for the City of Oulu in three lots: Kiiminki-Haukipudas, central Oulu north areas and central Oulu south areas. The service period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional extension periods up to 31 December 2030. The bidder must submit the completed Excel tender form with prices for property maintenance, winter and summer maintenance of outdoor areas, energy management, technical maintenance and separate unit prices for the area. The winner is selected for each lot on the basis of the lowest total price. It is not mandatory to bid for all lots, but bids may be submitted for all of them.
