Leasing expert and brokerage services

Summary

The tender concerns leasing expert and brokerage services for vacant or soon-to-be-vacant commercial premises managed by the University of Helsinki and related entities. The service provider must help market the premises, find tenants, arrange site visits and support the leasing process.
