Summary

The tender concerns outdoor area works for properties owned and/or managed by Mikalo Oy. The contract covers regular, seasonal and as-needed outdoor works, including snow clearing and anti-slip measures for the areas included in the tender. The procurement is divided into 11 lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or more lots. The same tenderer may be awarded up to three lots. If a tender is submitted for more than three lots, the tenderer must indicate three preferred lots. For one lot, a property is under renovation for a defined period, and for another lot part of the yard area is shared with neighbouring properties.
